Seven-day cabbage diet

For the soup you will need :

  • 5 large onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • One or two cans whole tomatoes
  • 1 celery thread
  • 1 large cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon of the following cereals and legumes: lentils, wheat , barley and dry peas

Add salt , pepper , parsley and hot pepper by desire. Pour water and cook until the vegetables are soft.

Usage:

This soup you can eat whenever you feel hunger .Some proponents of this diet say : The more you eat , the more you lose weight . With this soupyou can also eat :

Day 1

Any fruit except bananas . Watermelons and melons have least calories of all fruits. Therefore , you should eat only soup and fruit . You can drink unsweetened tea, unsweetened coffee and water.

Day 2

Any vegetables . The amount is not limited , it is important not to feel hungry . Avoid beans, peas , corn , etc . For dinner you caneat a big baked potato with butter .DO NOT EAT FRUIT. Don’t forget to eat soup . At least once a day.

Day 3

Eat soup , fruits and vegetables as much as you want to. DO NOT EAT BAKED POTATOES . If you comply with these guidelines , for these three days you should be 2-3 kg lighter.

Day 4

Eat 3 bananas during the day , soup and drink low-fat milk as much as you want to, the bananas have many calories and carbohydrates, also has the milk. You should still eat the soup.

Day 5

Beef and tomatoes . You can eat 300-600 grams of beef and 6 tomatoes . Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water throughout the day in order to get rid of excess acidic urine from the body . Eat at least one bowl of soup !

Day 6

Beef and vegetables , you can eat as much as you want to . And soup,of course.

Day 7

Brown rice and vegetables . Drink unsweetened fruit juice . Mandatory soup .
