Excellent healthy winter salad for cold winter days.
For the salad :
Colorful stalks of Swiss chard ( sliced ) + green part
30 grams of pomegranate seeds
30 grams of pineapple , chopped
30 grams of carrots , chopped
One hand strawberries , cut in half
For the sauce :
Salt and pepper
Wash the fruits and vegetables and prepare them. In a large bowl , put the petals of Swiss chard then arrange the other ingredients. In a separate bowl put the lemon and orange juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and stir. Then pour the sauce over the salad. Serve cool . Good appetite .
