During one day we inhale and exhale about 23,000 times. Many people breath inefficient by taking short, shallow sighs, breathing from the lungs and subconsciously knotting the abdominal muscles. This breathing technique can significantly improve your life quality.
Put the tip of the tongue on the soft palate, breathe through your nose, count to four and then hold the air counting to seven. Exhale through the mouth, as count to eight.
Repeat this exercise three times every five minutes until you fall asleep.
