Tea bags over the dark circles under your eyes
There is so much you can do with used tea bags but this might be my favorite use. Whenever you make tea, save the tea bags and store in the fridge. When they’re nice and cold and you have the time, allow them to set on your eyes with your head back for 20 minutes. Laying down is best, but if you are unable simply lean back in a chair. Once 20 minutes is up rinse your eyes well. Not only does this method reduce inflammation but it attenuates the dark circles as well.
If you would like to go one step beyond the 20 minute tea bag treatment, place once slice of cucumber over each eye and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. The nutrients in the cucumber will leave your skin smooth and hydrated.
