Add all ingredients to a stove top pot and and boil for 30 minutes or until reduced to 3 cups of liquid. Allow to cool and then add three cups of natural honey. Transfer drink to a container and store in the fridge. Consume one tablespoon each morning prior to breakfast.

4 lemons with peel, chopped into pieces
8 cups water
Place garlic, ginger and lemon into a blender and mix until smooth. Place mixture in a stove top pot with the water and heat until it boils, stirring occasionally. Once the water begins to boil, remove from the heat, cover the pot and allow to cool. Strain liquid, pour into a container and store in the fridge. Drink one cup per day at least two hours prior to eating. Continue this routine everyday for three weeks. Stop for a week and begin the process again.
