Healthy soup that helps losing weight

Ingredients :

1 potato
3 carrots
1 stick celery
1 red onion
1 clove crushed garlic
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp pepper
little red pepper
1 bay leaf
400 grams pasteurized tomatoes
400 grams of cooked peas
1 hand spinach

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients except spinach in a pot on the fire and let them boil. When boiling is running low, add the spinach and boil the soup for 5-10 minutes When serving add one tablespoon of olive oil in each bowl.

Tip: If you want a creamy soup, remove a little of the soup water and blend the rest. Then, depending on the desired density, stir the blended mixture with the previously separated soup water.
