Quick and healthy meal – toast with peanuts butter , banana and coconut. Great for breakfast, snack or dinner.

Ingredients :

2 slices whole-grain bread
1 tbsp of peanuts butter
½ banana chopped the circles
2 tsp butter coconut ( coconut blended crumbs )
1 tsp of coconut
cinnamon for sprinkling

Preparation :

Bake the bread to make it crispy as much as you want so. Rub it with peanuts butter, arrange the bananas on it and spread the butter coconut. Finally sprinkle with coconut and cinnamon.
