Bananas and dates smoothie which will make you full-fed

 

What you’ll need : (for 4 persons)

2 medium-sized bananas
50 grams of dates
500 ml almond milk
2 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp Carnation spice
juice of half lime
little salt
little cinnamon

Preparation:

Put the ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a uniform mixture. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and salt and serve immediately.
