A perfect recipe for cauliflower popcorns

The next time you watch a movie, instead of plain popcorn make these healthy snacks of cauliflower.

Ingredients :

1 clove cauliflower
20 grams of olive oil
12 grams of dry inactive yeast, optional
2 teaspoons cumin, optional
2 teaspoons chili powder, optional
little salt, optional ( or to taste )

Preparation:

Chop the cauliflower into small pieces.

Add him olive oil and stir for a nice dip.

Add the spices, the salt and the yeast and mix nicely again.

Eat immediately or dry them in the oven at 60 degrees about 4-6 hours or until you get the desired texture.

Note : Use a non-stick pan or usual coated pan with baking paper and if your oven has ventilation turn it on.
